Program Manager
Job Description
The Network & Acquirer Capability Delivery team within NAS works to deliver products to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks. A role in the Network & Acquirer Capability Delivery team will challenge you to broaden your skillset and industry acumen in a collaborative, diverse and inclusive team environment.
The Program Manager role will operate within the Network & Acquirer Capability Delivery Program Management Office to drive process and execution oversight by supporting and leading Product and Engineering agility through demonstration of Scaled Agile concepts and principles to support successful business outcomes.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Partners, and Technology Partners to help assure strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment and execution.
- Collaborate with Technical Delivery Enablement (TDE) and Product Delivery & Integration (PD&I) to coordinate cross-train dependencies in support of program priorities.
- Design, implement, and maintain Rally organizational delivery structures including ARTs, workspaces, and hierarchy.
- Ensure program delivery tracking is linked to appropriate architectural blueprint scope and product roadmap.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to the program and project practitioners on Agile delivery best practices and processes
- Create program-level and executive reporting to track program performance, trends, and status
- Collect and analyze KPIs and metrics and integrate the analysis into meaningful reporting snapshots that improve the overall operations of program processes.
- Provide clarity on the progress of overall delivery to program leadership and executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in large scale program management preferred
- Certification(s) in Scaled Agile Framework (e.g., SA, SPC, POPM, SSM, LPM, RTE) preferred.
- Ability to influence and gain alignment at all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
- Builds high trust and creditability across the organization through deep domain knowledge of the business and underlying technology.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Motivated self-starter able to drive results and collaborate in a cross-functional global environment
- Excellent organizational and planning skills

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
