Program Manager

Overview

Future Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to join our winning team. We support a wide range of professional, information technology (IT), and intelligence services, which includes acquisition, procurement, financial, international, and foreign military sales support services for the Department of Defense. Location: Moorestown, NJ

Clearance: Secret

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity's and agency's needs. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks.
• Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources.
• Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.
• Manage financial and funding statuses.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience :

• A degree in any technical or management discipline, and 10 years experience as a Program Manager.

Desired:

• 15 years experience of in-depth specialized knowledge in related field.
• Experience in related business management or finance fields, related experience of in-depth specialized knowledge with DoD/DON programs.
• Industry or Government technical management, and Industry or Government business management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management.
• Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command.
