Program Manager

Overview

OMNI has partnered with Genuen, LLC in their search for a Program Manager to support Government programs.

Genuen is a premier provider of test automation services, test systems and product solutions for global companies in highly regulated industries with an emphasis in military/aerospace, transportation, and commercial avionics. Genuen is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company based in Lenexa, KS with offices in Albuquerque, NM and Saginaw, MI.

This position is onsite and located in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of projects for Government customers. This includes supporting all phases of development from the proposal phase through development, delivery, and post-delivery support.

• Manages multiple projects from concept initiation to full project delivery.
• Primary point of contact to multiple customers.
• Provides leadership to Technical Leads and supports engineering staff.
• Development and maintenance of project schedules and staffing requirements.
• Responsible for executing projects within budget, schedule, and technical scope.
• Compile internal invoice tracking reports and facilitate invoice review meetings.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a project/program manager.
• Highly effective organizational, interpersonal communication, and group leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret, negotiate, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations.
• Proven team player capable of handling multiple assignments.
• Possess interest and ability to learn new technologies based on project needs.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, including aerospace, medical, rail, energy or automotive is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• United States citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a DOE "Q" security clearance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
