Job Description -
- As a Program Director - Responsible for managing a large program of 100-200 people.
- Ability to work customer's senior leadership team (VP, and above) driving their business transformation programs.
- Managed one or more digital transformation programs and be the point person of driving new business initiatives, Address customer escalations, Focusing on client's problems, providing solutions and get higher customer satisfaction.
- Should have strong experience in designing digital transformation road maps, application modernization strategies for the customer.
- Should have good understanding of Cloud technologies, Cloud migration and Re-engineering.
- Ability to drive DevOps practices to enable faster time to market.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Safe Agile, Scrum, and Kanban but also with more traditional proven approaches of implementation.
- Ability to effectively track and manage execution of project and communicate Action, Risks and Issues to stake holders proactively.
- Ability to initiate, plan, execute and deliver large/complex programs to customer
- Ability to manage and maintain the operational parameters like GM/OM, Invoicing and revenue.
- Ability to drive demand forecast and fulfilment for both confirmed and opportunities in the pipeline.
- Ability to establish and run the governance calls for a large program/multiple projects
- Ability to work across geos in a multi-cultural environment Draft contracts, negotiate with customers.
- Responsible for identifying the proactive opportunities, RFP response and support for deal pursuits.
- Evaluates and integrates multiple solutions, Leads planning workshops and program steering committee meetings
- Defines and maintains program level communication and risk management plans
- Establishes and controls Change management processes in a program
- Manages customer relationships and conflicts between stakeholders - can handle organizational politics and red tape
- Implements knowledge management processes for the program
- Conducts program level briefings for management
- Constantly motivate, lead and mentor team members on engineering practices and guide them for excellence.
- Exhibits cultural intelligence and high EQ; Mentors/grooms PMs
- Business Development Support - Drives proposal response for a large project/program using multiple service lines, Identifies opportunities to expand program scope.
