CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily execution of this contract.
• The Program Manager shall be readily available during normal duty hours to meet with Government personnel (designated by the CO) to discuss problem areas.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the program and contract
• Responsible for providing performance monitoring methods and ensuring performance standards are met.
• Supervise and direct employees to ensure that they safely and efficiently execute tasks as dictated by the terms of the contract.
• Validate reports on performance quality.
• Interact daily with the customer technical POCs, COR and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage contract costs and track expenditures.
• Provide cost data and coordinate funding with the COR.
• Responsible for selecting and recruiting qualified candidates for open positions.
• Resolve personnel issues, and enact disciplinary actions and/or employee termination, if required.
• Enforce corporate standards, policies, and procedures, and assure the organizations good order and discipline, health and safety, and compliance with local/state/federal laws and regulations.
• Develop the potential of subordinate managers and staff by coaching and mentoring.

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Experience with administrative oversight of contractual matters and serving as a liaison between the customer representative and corporate management.
• Experience managing services simultaneously while supporting many projects.
• Experience organizing resources to support many concurrent activities.
• Experience ensuring that all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract.

Minimum Experience/Education:

• Professional Development - Professional development includes honors, degrees, publications, professional licenses and certifications and similar evidence of professional accomplishments that directly impact the offers' ability to perform the contract.
• Ten (10) years of program management experience which includes both technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance, providing contract data deliverables, and having oversight of contract schedule and cost.
• Five (5) years of experience managing Federal Government programs/contracts.
