A Brief Overview

Provide project management support and analysis to support the Office of the Chief Operating Officer improvement initiatives. Interface and collaborate extensively with executive, clinical, operational leaders, and other personnel. Identify appropriate resources needed and coordinate the activities related to improvement initiatives and program governance. Coordinate activities manage timelines, manage special projects, ensure quality control of deliverables and standardization of processes toward more effective and efficient operations.

What you will do
  • Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan
  • Author/facilitate strategic documents such as project charters, communication plans, and detailed project plans, and present project updates to sponsors, operational leaders, and business owners
  • Manage multiple leader (s) and team member(s) relationships to accomplish project activities
  • Monitor and report on project activities and reporting on statuses within published timelines
  • Facilitate the creation of toolkits to support work efforts
  • Provide project management control on key initiatives, usually pertaining to managing and delivering solutions to internal process improvement
  • Ensure adherence to reporting and documentation processes
  • Assessing the alignment to governance and project scope, risks/barriers & timelines, feasibility
  • Coordinate and track action items from key governance meetings to ensure accountability and progress towards goals

Education Qualifications
  • Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university Preferred

Experience Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $48.21 - $63.88 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
