Program Manager

For this role specifically, we are seeking individuals to help transform and streamline a key component of America's immigration process. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in managing technical projects will be a critical factor in ensuring that our customers receive the exceptional solutions that they have come to expect from us.

As a program manager, you will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, communicating program status updates, and providing leadership to cross-functional teams. You will work in close collaboration with our accomplished software developers, DevOps engineers, solution architects, UX/UI designers, and security professionals to create customer-centric solutions. Our technical team takes pride in delivering easy-to-use digital services products and high-quality solutions for our customers.

Position is currently remote but requires occasional travel to client site in the Washington, DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed program plan to monitor and track program progress
• Communicate program status updates on an ongoing basis to key stakeholders
• Ensure that program deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage program scope, risks, and issues effectively, proactively identifying potential issues and risks
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables are met
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their satisfaction with the program
• Conduct program post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Business Administration or other comparable degree or professional experience
• Current PMP or ACP certification from PMI
• 6+ years of experience managing technical programs for a software engineering company
• 3+ years of experience managing agile scrum teams
• 2+ years of experience managing IT DevSecOps projects
• Strong project management skills including change management, risk management, and schedule management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
