Howl is scaling quickly and looking to hire a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to tackle operational needs across campaign prioritization and execution, partner communications, and marketing. You will partner with the brand and creator partnerships team focused on one or more verticals including Beauty, Fashion, Home, and Skincare. 

As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll be on the forefront of performance marketing as Howl is fundamentally opening a new acquisition channel for marketers that blends the best of brand and performance. We operate at a massive scale - your work will directly influence millions of dollars of revenue for some of the most well-known companies in e-commerce. 

How you'll make an impact: 

  • Be a critical player in creator adoption of brand campaigns on Howl. You’ll work closely with our external Partners (creators and major publishers) and internal stakeholders (brand partnerships, creator partnerships, creator sales, and marketing) to creatively conceptualize and drive the end-to-end execution of large growth initiatives and the recurring needs of single-brand campaigns. 
  • Big Ideas: Own the planning, execution and reporting of large, creative “exclusive to Howl” initiatives and creator engagement campaigns to drive significant revenue generation and attract new Partners (creators and major publishers) to a brand’s programs. Examples include creating exclusive webinars, ideating and executing an exclusive sale event across multiple brands, creating gifting campaigns, etc.
  • Day to Day Work: Partner with creator partnerships to run daily partner communications and follow-ups to inform relevant publishers and creators of priority campaigns and initiatives, helping to drive loyalty, stickiness, and an excellent client experience end-to-end. For example, what should our commerce partners at Conde Nast know about that’s on the horizon? Which key creators do we want to adopt a new brand we just onboarded? 
  • Manage several vertical-specific campaign trackers used to share upcoming initiatives, brand updates and promotions with partners. 
  • Serve as a marketing liaison between the partnerships team and marketing, championing partnership team needs and providing guidance on prioritization and timelines. 
  • Ensure the Howl platform is visually and operationally maximized to drive value for our partners, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure issues or updates are quickly executed on. 
  • Provide weekly tracking and reporting on your work and draw actionable insights from the data to inform future strategies and recommendations. 
  • Master the functionality of the Howl platform to drive your work and be able to provide feedback on platform improvements and new features to the product team. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to resolve issues as they arise, elevating risk to leadership as needed. 

What you'll bring: 

  • Domain expertise in a combination of the following preferred: Marketing Strategy (including a keen understanding of PR, Influencer, Affiliate and Performance Marketing tactics, high-growth tech startup). 
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: You work and communicate efficiently with internal and external partners, including senior stakeholders. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively share brand updates with partners, field questions and creatively incentivize engagement.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills: You can work with complex data and build excel models to draw actionable insights and share summarized reports with your team. 
  • Customer-centric, growth-oriented approach: You are customer-obsessed, focused on bringing value to our customer and helping nurture successful partnerships. 
  • Start-up mentality: You understand that in start-ups we have to keep a flexible, nimble mentality, wearing multiple hats as we test opportunities, create replicable processes, and drive client value. 

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD.

At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
