In this role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects. As well as, oversee all aspects of the projects. You will create a work breakdown structure and project plan in Microsoft Project, which sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities (both internal and external). You will also act as the escalation point of contact for the client as it relates to the project. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project.

• Manage project delivery through the various lifecycle stages from project initiation through project closure. Creates a work breakdown structure and project plan in Microsoft. Facilitates project governance meetings to communicate project status, milestones, action items, risks, risk mitigation, and issues to customers and management. Review all executed documents (SOW and Agreements) on assigned projects to understand project scope and deliverables to be provided.
• Monitor and/or maintain project schedule by tracking project progress, coordinating resources, activities and resolving project issues. Resolve project issues by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Lead the development of or create estimates and custom SOWs with input from the Customer, Sales and the project team for purposes of customer quote and sale of services as required.
• Own client relationship as it relates to specific projects and programs.
• Simultaneously manage high-touch clients and multiple complex projects of varying durations.
• Communication at various levels of detail across multiple organizational levels within the company and with clients.
• Function as both a project manager and program manager based on specific project assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Business, Mathematics or Computer Science and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience.
• Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years' of project management experience while serving external clients
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project planning software.
