About This Role
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for building and leading both large and smaller scale multi-functional program product development teams on several simultaneous projects. This includes ongoing program communication and coordination, developing and defining baseline key performance metrics, defining investments, and schedules, executing to the defined plan and meeting key targets, spearheading key program updates and tollgate review with all levels of leadership, and fostering a team atmosphere that engages and drives accountability to achieve favorable results as a team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors in business or engineering
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- 35% travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Masters or MBA in engineering with 3+ years of experience in engineering
- Results driven style
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact within a cross functional team
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused
- Sense of urgency, self-motivated, commitment, and sense of ownership is a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
