We have an immediate opportunity for a Program Manager who is excited to apply their talents to our customer's challenging projects. The ideal candidate is a recognized professional with hands-on expertise and an excellent understanding of project management and associated concepts.

Position location is hybrid with on-site presence required at our Broomfield, CO office.

Essential Responsibilities for the Program Manager:

• Project Management Support
  • Cost Report Development and Analysis
  • Contract Management including setup in Unanet, Mod reviews, Funding Runout tracking, EAC/VAC analysis
  • Schedule Development
  • CDRL generation
  • Supporting Status and Customer Meetings
  • ROM and Proposal Support
  • Dependencies and Risk Support
• Project Startup Support
  • Support early phases of starting a program to establish appropriate infrastructure for the team and ensure contract compliance
  • WBS Definition, Charge Number Setup
  • Process Definition
  • Business Rhythm definition
  • Schedule & Milestones preparation and support
  • CDRL planning
• Project Leadership
  • Serve as primary POC to customer and Outside Analytics team for small projects, both internal and external.
• People Leadership
  • Serve as primary people manager to Outside Analytics employees on the project(s) supported

Required Skills and Experience:

• Clearance Required: Secret
  
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Candidate also must agree to participate in a background screen
• BS or advanced degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in a project engineering, program management, or finance role
  • Allowable substitutions: an advanced degree (eg: Masters, PhD) may be substituted for two years of experience
• Experience with general Program Management tools such as Excel, MS Project, and Powerpoint
• Excellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• PMI Certification
• Experience with Unanet or CostPoint
• Experience with Gitlab
• Experience with Atlassian tools
• Active DoD SECRET security clearance or higher

Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $145,000 - $185,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
