Program Manager

Concept Plus is seeking a Program Manager to lead a data warehouse initiative at USDA

Primary Responsibilities:

• Patching non-production and production Linux database.
• The Candidate will provide overall vision and strategy for the program and its portfolio of projects and systems.
• The Candidate will provide overall contract management and oversight.
• The Candidate will be the primary customer(s) liaison.
• The Candidate will be responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous Data analytics, SCRUM and infrastructure workstreams and teams
• The Candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing overall contract spend, profit and loss for a $10M annual budget
• The Candidate will lead staff development and motivation for a 20+ person team

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to pass Federal NACI background investigation
• Must have an Active PMP
• BS / BA degree in related field
• 15+ Years experience required with at least 5+ years leading large scale, complex, software data warehouse and data analytics programs
• Previous Experience leading Agile, data warehouse and Business Intelligence teams in a large-scale environment
• Experience with contract and subcontractor management
• Hands on Experience with some of these items: Oracle Data Warehouses, Salesforce, MuleSoft or Informatica

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of system ATO process Manager
• Experience with Cloud Migration and OCI
• SAFE Certification
• Hands on Experience with all of these items: Oracle Data Warehouses, Salesforce, MuleSoft or Informatica
