We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

This role is to serve as NTT DATA's leader as a subcontractor to a prime contractor partner to provide Information Assurance services to a civilian Federal Agency. The role will manage delivery expectations, the prime and customer relationship, profit and loss goals and recruiting/management of personnel. The candidate will come into a new program and have responsibilities of transitioning into the service with the end customer in conjunction with the prime contractor. To support the Program Manager, they will be assisted by a fully functioning Business Management office that includes financial support, resource management, project management and quality management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, to include:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with management of a contract with at least $5M of annual revenue
  • Minimum 12 years of experience providing positive customer engagements and delivering services directly to the customer
• Minimum 12 years of experience with people management from hiring to termination

Preferred Qualifications:

• CISSP preferred
• Secret security clearance preferred
