Job Description
Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible to align customer and Hillman brand/product strategies. Creating and presenting compelling category and product propositions that drive profitable growth and market share for both Hillman and our customers.
Essential Job Functions *
1. Focused on the customer
2. Pricing coordination of new items across all channels
3. Initiating "Big Swing" opportunities / Force PLRs
4. Working with channel on customer program optimization
5. Managing competitive intel / activity by category
6. Building and updating universal selling aides (coordinated)
Digital Catalogs, Allego, Go PlanOgram, copy, content
Ensuring all relevant digital content is on point
7. Brand strategy / "Swim Lane" management
8. Promotional item support (channel is placement / display)
9. Maintain competitive cross-reference
10. Insight fueled POS driving actions - customer mix/refresh
11. Works with Channel to ensure pricing consistency
12. Adaptation of existing product (Package, Qty, Art)
NO PHYSICAL CHANGE TO THE PRODUCT
13. Packaging artwork for the program (design & content)

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related area. Two-four years' experience in marketing.
