Program Manager

As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are seeking a diplomatic and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Strategic Programs and Initiatives team. In this new role, you will partner with leaders and their teams across Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to align activities, communications, and teams to make decisions and drive our corporate initiatives and high-priority projects forward. This is a high-impact role that requires strong cross-functional management, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Program Manager will report into the Senior Director, working autonomously on a set of assigned programs and projects.

As our Program Manager of Strategic Programs and Initiatives, you will:

• Work with assigned program/project team(s) to develop comprehensive implementation plans, including project scope, goals, and timelines (this includes yearly initiatives and ad-hoc priority projects)
• Provide and guide program/project team(s) throughout the implementation process; this may include facilitating workshops, brainstorms, standups, etc.
• Maintain key program and project progress reports including key governing documents (i.e. roles and responsibilities chart), decisions, changes, risks, dependencies
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate conflicts or risks that impact program and or project completion
• Drive decision-making as well as process improvement with program/project leadership to facilitate achieving stated objectives and key results
• Establish a clear line of communication for assigned programs/projects between all who are responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed; this includes managing reoccurring meetings, governance committees, etc.

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has relevant program/project management experience in the B2B software industry and/or management consulting and business strategy
• Brings a creative, yet analytical approach to program/project management
• Is a pro at building relationships that foster organizational alignment, especially in global-matrixed organizations
• Embraces ambiguity while appreciating the need to tailor communication and support to stakeholders at all levels
• Is skilled in context switching and comfortable with fast fast-changing environments
