Program Manager

Our client, a professional membership based organization, is seeking a Program Manager, with a strong skillset with project support, business operations and client management. This individual would partner closely with the Director of a division overseeing initiatives for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate would bring a strong professional persona, organizational skills and solid communication skills in order to connect with external stakeholders.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in building and executing program strategy and deliverables
• Reports on findings and shares with senior leadership
• Manages both internal and external partnerships, in line with program goals
• Develops accurate project timelines
• Develops strong relationships with staff and member leaders
• Researches and remains well-informed of the competitive marketplace for projects and ensures development of meaningful value proposition.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3 plus years of experience in the healthcare project management, client or account management, health care delivery/business operations, or related work. Product development experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of the US healthcare market and has a passion for healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Strong written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity in the performance of assigned tasks, and the ability to multitask.
• A team player who works well with clinicians, executives, external partners, and staff.
• Basic analytic skills, and/or experience with large datasets, preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions.
