Description of Task to be Performed: 

AnaVation is seeking a Program Manager to manage contracts in support of a growing customer base in the Linthicum Heights and Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program management including providing mission support within Government-required cost, scope, and schedule. The PM will maintain constant executive-level communications with customer and company leadership to discuss activities, identify and resolve issues, and adapt to changing Government customer priorities. The PM will organize, direct, and manage all aspects of the contract’s operational support requirements by providing guidance and risk management. Other responsibilities include staff management (supervision, recruiting, retention), contract status reports/briefings, financial management (costs and invoices), and ensuring on-time delivery of quality deliverables. The PM will maintain management plans such as the transition plan and the program management plan.

The PM will ensure programs meet all performance measures as established by the contract and the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: TS/SCI Eligible and willing to get CI Poly
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Certifications: PMP
• Location: Up to full time on site at customer locations in Maryland
• Experience:
• 8 years experience in leadership, management, or project management roles
• 6 years experience as an employee supervisor or manager performing recruiting, performance reviews, retention,
• and career path/promotions.
• 2 years experience with managing Government Contracts as a PM or DPM o Experience briefing senior Government leadership.
• Concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting. o Managing individual and program performance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active SCI with Polygraph
• Education: Master’s Degree
• Experience:
• 10 years experience in leadership, management, or project management roles
• 8 years experience as an employee supervisor or manager performing recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career path/promotions.
• 5 years experience with managing Government Contracts as a PM or DPM
• Primary responsibility for technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling.
• US Cyber Command experience
• Experience with Government contract deliverables and CPARS.
