Job Description

Data Platform & Solutions ensures that all portfolio information necessary for the investment management process is complete, accurate, timely, and effectively controlled using the latest technology and tools, serving all company's businesses. The Program Management Team runs the business and transformation initiatives for Data Platforms & Solutions. Each program manager is responsible for a portfolio of projects: structure, alignment on direction, end-to-end delivery, reporting, and project risk management. The team is also responsible for transforming demand management and maturing service management across the organization. We seek a contractor to help document organizational process flows and maps across key functions in the Data Platform & Solutions, as well as help complete functional reviews, and plans for transformation and ultimately ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities: 

• Document process flows and complete process mapping across the organization
• Identify areas for alignment and build consensus with senior leadership
• Inventories of key processes and technical capabilities within DP&S
• Implement standards for maintenance of these inventories
• Creation of a project plan for implementing change and execution path
• Define success criteria and metrics for tracking successful execution of organizational change

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management
• Demonstrated success in leading change in a matrixed organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to flexibly balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Able to clearly communicate in English
• Relationship building skills - Able to Quickly develop relationships
• Detail Oriented, Precise in Documenting abilities
• Exposure to agile methodology, data management, or service management, a plus
• Experience with Aha and ADO a plus
