Responsibilities:

• Assistance in managing deliverables, activities, and costs for the various project teams and others to ensure timely delivery of services. Deliverables may include the creation of Meeting Presentations (Decks); and facilitation of project meetings to include recording Meeting Minutes and Meeting Issue Tracking documents.
• Monitoring, reporting, and providing input related to various project status using agreed reporting formats and schedules, to include project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); Key Performance Indicator Reports; and other requested program management information reports (i.e., Burn Rate report, Mandatory briefings and Specialized Information Technology Security training report, Resources and GFE inventory management report and risk report etc.,).
• Providing general project-level oversight and support to the various Project Teams to include supporting the development of a Project Management Plan (PMP) when directed; conducting and participating in status meetings on a -weekly basis; monitoring, reporting, and providing input to the various project’s status; and providing other -requested program management information as needed.
• Overseeing complete software delivery lifecycle by providing business analysis, development, data modeling, and testing through knowledge sharing, peer reviews, managing documentation and QA of team deliverables to ensure high quality work products.
• Supporting change management processes, sprint planning processes, and risk management processes on an as needed basis during knowledge transfer and transition periods.
• Provide assistance in implementing the scrum (a standard framework in agile project management) development methodology and in assisting in scrum team activities, such as: creating sprint burndown and backlog reports, leading daily scrum meetings, identifying and tracking team’s action items and items for escalation, and tracking burndown metrics.

Requirements:

• Must have Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Program Manager minimum 10 years’ experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience must include managing BPAs of this size, type and complexity at Federal Agency.
• Experience managing projects using Agile.
• Experience developing and tracking tasks using Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Active MBI Clearance is highly preferred.
