Job Overview

The AltaMed Plus Program Manager is primarily responsible for managing AltaMed’s senior program strategic priorities and initiatives related to growth and expansion. This includes effective collaboration with Health Services Leadership and other AltaMed stakeholders for planning, managing, and implementation of new AltaMed Plus sites. The Program Manager spearheads efforts in the creation and institutionalization of AltaMed Plus expansion, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and manuals with the aim of streamlining future growth and expansion. In addition, the Manager supervises staff, focusing on onboarding, coaching, mentoring and developing team members.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field is required.
2. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience required in in managing complex, cross-functional projects to successful conclusion and demonstrating measurable positive results.
4. Prior experience in directly managing a team is strongly preferred. 
5. Experience in healthcare process improvement and change management techniques is strongly preferred.
6. Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred. 
7. Experience in new health care facility planning and development required.

Salary Range

$99,070.40 - $123,843.20 annually
