How will you make an impact in this role?
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the Digital Workplace Talent and Education Program. You will work with internal customers to establish and interpret project/program objectives into solutions, and provide regular program status updates.
- Establish and maintain a repeatable process for global career progression, talent mobility, retention, and succession planning
- Develop and maintain programs for college, intern, and experienced candidate recruitment
- Build and drive DW specific, role- based education offerings to support career progression across the footprint
- Build and drive formalized mentoring, shadowing, sponsoring and temporary assignment opportunities
- Create career focused seminars and pod casts to help colleagues build career mobility skills
- Build and drive DW specific, product- based education offerings to support product knowledge and flexibility
- Create content to support leadership development
- Create and support tools and media for the Talent and Education team
- Act as liaison with communications team to disseminate Talent and Education content.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Extensive business/industry work experience, with shown experience in a leadership role and project management role
- Experience with Talent Management and education programs
- Requires solid experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects or programs
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
