Your Role and Responsibilities
You will serve as the Governments primary point of contact and to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned.

• The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO (Task Order) to include both technical issues and business processes.
• Organizational authority to execute the requirements of the TO.
• Assignment of tasks to contractor personnel supervise on-going technical efforts and manage overall TO performance

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform management manpower utilization and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills;
• Manage a quality assurance environment that includes customer satisfaction tracking user complaint and monitoring programs and quality control (QC) programs;
• Perform management of a complex cybersecurity environment / DevSecOps environment; and
• Perform oral presentations and communicate with the highest levels of management with technical details.
• Directly manage key personnel positions on the contract

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Certifications:

• Project Management Institutes Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Azure certification of at least the MS Azure Fundamentals level.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certifications
• DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute.

Experience:

• Bachelors and at least 15 years (strongly preferred) of related experience demonstrated experience in the management and control of complex information technology infrastructure involving technology domains
• Demonstrated experience in the management and control of complex information technology infrastructure involving the technology domains of similar size and scope
• Demonstrated experience with the management manpower utilization and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills
• Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment that includes at a minimum knowledge of customer satisfaction tracking user complaint and monitoring programs and quality control (QC) programs.
• Demonstrated experience with the management of either a broad and complex cybersecurity environment or of a broad and complex DevSecOps environment
• Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management including the ability to effectively communicate technical details.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong Ability to create implement and manage large complex Government IT projects
