Program Manager

FocusKPI is looking for a Program Manager t to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company. 
The main function of this program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities for the onboarding transformation program at the client's place.
Work Location: Remote: require PST or MST time-zones
Duration: 6 months contract 
Pay Range: $65/hr to $82/hr
Responsibilities:

• Drive project deliverables to completion which may include enhancing knowledge management strategy, designing and implementing new processes, and coordinating product updates
• Understand and document current state, identify improvements, align stakeholders, and implement changes
• Track and document progress on deliverables
• Transforming onboarding program, looking at implementing modern ways to introduce hires to client- really exciting work and will provide exposure to lots of different parts of the business
• Partner with cross-functional teams as necessary

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business administration or a related field 
• 2-4 years experience managing global HR programs
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Strong collaboration skills
• Knowledge of HR processes, preferably onboarding processes
• Strong project management skills
