Program Manager

You will be responsible for providing Program Management and subject matter expertise to our federal customer. You will have the opportunity to provide structure and oversight to an agency’s diversity, equity, and inclusion program. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a team of communication and consulting professionals to meet programmatic objectives.

: • >3 years managing a major (multiple workstream) program for a Government Agency or large-scale private organization • >3 years supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion projects • >2 years project management experience in a Government agency • >3 years providing and leading Strategy development and support for a Government Agency or large-scale private organization
