Job Description

Responsible for managing technology initiatives around legacy sunset, Fortify, Bedrock, VLM initiatives across multiple work streams under Entitlements Capability.

  • Ability to assess the impact to various applications as a part of these initiatives, interdependencies and ensure delivery of critical strategic business capabilities or regulatory changes that impact Entitlements.
  • Responsible to aligning resources, overseeing the budget, creating project plans and tracking key milestones/risks/dependencies.
  • Key coordinator to ensure implementation of critical business capabilities or regulatory change and facilitation of cross discipline (business unit) coordination for decision making regarding scope; prioritization and issue resolution
  • Communication of program objectives; risks; issues and overall status to multiple levels of the organization.

Responsible for managing releases to production for the Entitlements Program (USCA and CDR Redesign)

  • Reviewing build results to determine whether they meet quality standards
  • Coordinating with development teams to identify issues or risks that could impact the release schedule or quality of the product
  • Managing the release calendar to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements in processes or procedures based on lessons learned from previous releases
  • Monitoring progress and identifying potential problems early in the process to ensure that issues are addressed effectively
  • Coordinating with SQM staff to ensure that the software products are tested thoroughly before being released to production

  • Seasoned expert with program/project management expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience.
  • Technical and/or business knowledge in the area of Income and Corporate Actions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Program's goals, structure, budget and resource need
  • Team work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
