What you Will do:
The incumbent is responsible for the following key risk management activities:
Business Risk Management & User Access Management:

• Perform regular checks on business application user access
• Own application level logical security controls
• Respond to all logical access audit inquiries and requests
• Perform annual application user access recertification
• Participate in the annual business risk assessment
• Support Business Leadership with ad-hoc requests

Regulated Product Support

• Support ADP's Broker Dealer (BD); Strategic Plan Services (SPS); & ADP Retirement Trust Services. Risk Management activities
• Prepare cyber and information security presentations/recommendations for diverse audiences, including leadership/entity board
• Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues within the entity
• Respond to Risk Management/Security related inquiries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Information Systems or equivalent education
• 5+ years of professional work experience in business, information technology, risk, auditing or security
• Fluent in the English language with expert knowledge of grammar and terminology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to grasp and translate technical concepts and make them easily understandable to colleagues
• Must have ability to collaborate effectively with all business and functional counterparts
• Ability to think independently and make decisions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with high level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preference will be given for these:

• Graphic Designknowledge and/or certification (PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign...)
• SQL skills to retrieve information from relational databases
• Previous Retirement Industry and/or Trustee experience
• Retirement Plan industry knowledge
• Relevant certifications such as CISA; CISM; CISSP;CDPSE
