Program Manager

MetroStar is looking for a Program Manager that is passionate about leading and growing innovative programs for one of our longest, most strategic customers. The Program Manager will serve as a strategic leader to help focus, guide, and grow a portfolio of IT programs. Their role will also focus on shaping the team with an unwavering focus on team camaraderie, customer service, and operational excellence.

• 15+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• 10+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams of 30+
• 8+ years leading high-niche technology programs

• Deep domain knowledge and experience in financial services
• Experience landing and expanding within strategic customers through excellence in delivery and deep mission understanding
• Collaborated closely with customers to facilitate enterprise modernization initiatives
• A military background or commercial DoD contractor experience in communications operations and engineering/technical service delivery

What you'll get to work on:

As our Program Manager, you will build, grow, and manage a team to deliver and expand strategic programs. You’ll partner with other MetroStar Operations leaders, our growth team, and our Client Solutions Group to create new opportunities in support of our armed service members through operational excellence, team development, and servant leadership.
