We are looking for an Program Manager to join our tech client’s reliability and quality team. 

Would you like to…

• We’re looking for a dynamic professional with excellent analytical, communication, and data visualization skills, including experience with public speaking or presenting to business leaders and executives.
• The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or program management roles.
• Prior experience working with sales and marketing teams managing software or technology products on a global scale is preferred.
• Key Responsibilities:· Perform analysis using multiple data sets to support regular planning and decision meetings.· Conduct in-depth data analysis based on business needs.· Handle ad-hoc data requests from the team and leadership stakeholders·
• Work with data engineering teams to recommend and help prioritize improvements in data and reporting systems.·
• Prepare regular reports and communications for business users worldwide to leverage in their activities.
• Track data-related projects and partner with external teams to help drive success Key Capabilities:
• Passion for working with data and turning disparate sets of data into simplified business insights·
• Written communication skills (convey complex information in a clear, concise, and effective manner)·
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables and Pivot charts
• Experience managing technical and business projects·
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy· Prior knowledge in technology and software preferred

We would like you to have…

• 3+ years of experience with a work history showing data analysis work supporting a line of business.
• Proven written and verbal communications skills·
• Experience working to launch or ship products on a global scale is preferred.
• Experience with software or technology products is preferred.
