Job Summary

The Business Operations Program Manager will serve in a key role with the Business Operations and Planning team reporting to the Chief of Staff for the Cloud Storage business unit. This critical position will support the business execution by synchronizing day-to-day cross-functional business operations, leading and managing of key strategic projects & programs, and will support our business processes.

The candidate must have demonstrated excellence at managing diverse stakeholders, many at a very senior level, and exacting attention to detail. The candidate must also be able to work across all teams at NetApp to build relationships and drive key execution and planning processes. The candidate must have the ability to take initiative and find and solve problems independently for the overall betterment of the Cloud Storage business as well as the entire Product Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of key programs/initiatives that are cross-functional and critical to the success of the Product Group
  • Work cross-functionally with the individual teams and leaders within the Cloud Storge and across the Product Group to build and maintain operational excellence
  • Lead, manage, participate, and run (when needed) key meetings within the business operations community as well as the Leadership teams. Examples include - Business Reviews, key projects, and various planning activities
  • Support internal processes, logistics and BU information management & communication.
  • Support the planning for the Team Offsites to enable the Cloud Storage leadership to set strategic direction, prioritization, and team development
  • Support the Semester Planning, the AOFP planning processes, Req reviews, Org planning and other business operation activities as needed

Job Requirements• 5+ years of Project and Program Management experience successfully supporting, leading, driving, planning for a complex organization's business operations and logistics.• Exceptional operational planning and coordination skills• Comfortable with current digital planning tools; Atlassian, Jira, Office 365, etc.• Outstanding people skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to collaborate with executive team members and peers across the board • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision• PMP or Agile Program Management experience preferred

Education

BS/BA or equivalent; with an MBA or advanced certifications strongly preferred
