Program Manager

TekPro Support Services, LLC. (TSS) is seeking a Program Manager.

The Program Manager (PM) will have the overall responsibility of managing the onsite Deputy Manager at Redstone Arsenal, workforce performance, and work required within the scope of the DOJ Logistics Support contract at Redstone Arsenal. The PM will serve as the principal point of contact for the Contractor with the Government. The PM provide support to the Deputy PM when applicable, for providing management support in all aspects of the warehouse, shipping, inventory/supply, mail center, fleet, and move projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget.

The Program Manager will also oversee operations for multiple DoD contracts within the business line that comprise over 50+ personnel. Other responsibilities include:• Responsible for coordinating and administrating all aspects of ongoing programs, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.• Regularly meet with customers and contracting officers to elicit feedback on performance and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.• Coach and mentor staff.• Develop new business in Huntsville and other government locations, run capture management, and support proposal execution for our growing portfolio of Professional Services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Top Secret Clearance
