Every day will be different, but one thing is certain: you will be working on a variety of programs and initiatives that are integral to the success of our business. You will track performance metrics, conduct compliance audits, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure program success, engage with carriers to implement renewals and enhancements and refine sales and support processes.

As Program Manager, you will be a key member of our Program Development Team, owning the success of the programs you oversee. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Product Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders to identify new and underserved market opportunities, refine distribution channels and account management processes, and develop product roadmaps and business cases.

If you thrive on autonomy, love collaborating with brilliant minds, getting results, and innovating, this is the place for you.

We're huge on being humble, hungry, smart, and proactive with a willingness to learn and act. If you have a burning desire to report stellar results, aren't afraid to dive deep into numbers and metrics, and have a knack for energizing and enlisting people to bring your vision to pass, we want you on our team.
