We are seeking a Program Manager with a Top-Secret clearance for an opportunity in Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide a Program Manager (PM) who shall be responsible for the performance of all contract requirements.

The PM or, in the PM's absence, the designated alternate, shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of this contract to include ensuring:

• The contract is properly and adequately staffed with cleared and qualified personnel capable of performing all contract requirements.
• All contract requirements are performed in a way that always maintains security integrity at all levels and.
• All contract deliverables are accurate and are delivered correctly and on time.
• All required support services are efficiently and effectively managed at the designated place(s) of performance.
• All assigned tasks are created and performed promptly and correctly, and work is performed on time and at the agreed prices.
• An Operations Manual with detailed Continuity of Operations procedures is developed, kept current, to include quality control procedures, for supporting the product lifecycle management All required documentation is captured and recorded in accordance with FBI's record retention policies

• 10 years of relevant experience providing project management support for enterprise level IT projects

Education Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or IT-related discipline is preferred.

Certification Requirements:

A project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications preferred.
