Our enterprise tech client is looking for a Program Manager to support a new global learning and development program with the mission of developing non-traditional talent for employability in the technology industry. This is a high-visibility role that will work across multiple workstreams and facilitate the overall success of the program. This position is based in the PST time zone and is 100% remote.Â
Would you like to…Â
- Support multiple workstreams to drive the program towards targeted and scheduled outcomes
- Partner with the program owner and workstream leads to manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges
- Identify and facilitate solutions to challenges, and provide support for onboarding, trainings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, documentation, communication, etc.Â
- Engage with workstream teams, executives, and other stakeholders to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress
We would like you to have...
- 5+ years of relevant program management experienceÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to scale between tasks level & executive level communicationsÂ
- Impressive PowerPoint skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas, processes, and program details in simple yet highly polished slidesÂ
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment filled with ambiguityÂ
- Self-starter with the ability to wear multiple hats and provide support to the team in whatever capacity neededÂ
- The ability to stay highly organized and establish & execute an efficient RoBÂ
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, PPT, Excel, Office Forms, Customer Voice Surveys, etc.)Â
- Previous enterprise experience is required
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Learning Manager (Captivate Prime) is a plusÂ
