About the Role:Octave is seeking an experienced program manager to oversee and coordinate an array of company-wide programs.  This person will ensure each program benefits one another and maps to the annual or quarterly business goals. The program manager’s main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiency and prioritization of programs, map programs to specific goals (finite and infinite), and developing systems for transparency and collaboration across departmental stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee, plan, and facilitate the various components of programs that support Octave’s growth, mission, goals
Own individual projects, coordinate work plans, and track progress of projects that map to program objectives you oversee
Frame and scope problem statements, build requirements, enable resourcing, work with cross-functional stakeholders, identify dependencies, reduce risks, and drive initiative progress on a regular basis through completion
Partner with teams across the company including clinical care, support, marketing, business operations and intelligence, finance and revenue operations, and business development to drive programs and projects
Design and implement communications strategies for initiatives, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance, and ensure overall impact in relation to the program’s desired outcomes and company goals
Implement and maintain program and project initiatives that adhere to Octave’s mission and goals, including key stakeholders informed about project progress or relevant changes that impact the program
Drive cross-functional alignment for stakeholders by articulating business strategy, key metrics, and processes to measure progress through a program's life cycle.
Oversee and coordinate different interconnected projects at Octave to understand dependencies and prioritization to meet business goals
Lead overall program with strong attention to process, implementation, and delegation
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Identify risks and opportunities within each program and project
Evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce regular status updates for management and stakeholders
3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, and/or business operations
Ability to take complex problems and summarize key insights and lead a team to drive the optimal outcomes
Ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution to help guide the efforts of all program stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities aligned to short and long term objectives
Ability to facilitate meetings that encourage strong contribution of all participants to drive meaningful outcomes
High-level management and leadership skills

Bonus/Nice to have: Experience managing programs and projects related to learning and development, revenue operations, or third-party relationship management
