The Program Manager drives financial performance, client happiness and has oversight of program operations within AMN's Managed Services Provider (MSP) partnerships. Our manager of programs also builds positive relationships across each assigned client and collaborates with internal AMN partners to identify additional AMN service lines, grow spend under management and internal customers, and supports each contract renewal strategy.

Job Tasks:

• Develops manager and director level client relationships to increase utilization of contracted AMN services, and cultivates a One AMN approach by identifying client business needs aligned with AMN solutions
• Partners with client customers to assess ongoing staffing needs and keep the client abreast of progress filling open requisitions
• Collaborate with your leader to develop and present Business Reviews, facilitate strategic account planning, and discuss cross - selling opportunities.
• Continually develop a functional understanding of AMN solutions and healthcare workforce challenges to serve as a consultative business partner
• Builds and leverages reporting and dashboards to engage client partners in data driven conversations
• Facilitates regular meetings with Account Managers to verify program goals, mentor, strengthen communication, and collaborate on process improvements
• Interprets MSP contractual terms to keep internal partners and clients aware of contractual obligations and lead changes in scope of contract.
• Supports internal partners to resolve outstanding billing, invoicing, and service issues with the client

Education, Certifications & Experience

Minimum Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience:

• 2-3 years in services oversight, large account program management, or similar industry related sales, account management or service delivery experience.

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years in healthcare industry.
• Strong Communications and presentations skills, able to speak at all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in preparing reports for upper management regarding status.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Work Environment

• Job is typically performed in a general office environment or remote work setting
• Regular travel encouraged to attend client and AMN company meetings

Pay Rate

$68,500 - $85,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
