Program Manager
Job Description
Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be leading a task order providing cybersecurity services for the Navy. The customer provides Risk Management Framework (RMF) validator and preparation services to Navy and other service information systems. This is an exciting opportunity to directly support enterprise modernization. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort. Typical responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of 7 members that assist in the preparation, assessment, and validation of NIST RMF artifacts to include System Security Plans (SSP)s, Security Controls Traceability Matrices (SCTMs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
- Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings with all stakeholders on the program, including engineers, developers, other vendors/contractors, security, and executive level sponsors
- Update and maintain project management artifacts, such as, schedules, risk registers, budgets, staffing plans, etc.
- Work directly with all stakeholders to resolve impediments, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and coordinate work efforts
- Manage and produce deliverables for the client in support of A&A services
- Assist with management of subcontractor relationships and deliverables
- Demonstrate the creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communicate in a professional, organized, and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats
- Proactively identify and address client needs
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working with cybersecurity teams
- Knowledge and understanding of RMF and the Assessment and Authorization process
- Ability to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels
- Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills
- A BA/BS degree in a technical field
- DoD 8570.01-M certified
- US Citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Previous experience supporting the Navy RMF process
