Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be the central point of contact for the customer supporting a high performing/high tempo federal law enforcement program management organization responsible for the deployment of sensors and technology.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be responsible for representing Parsons to the client and ensuring your high performing team is exceeding client expectations
• Manage subject matter leads including systems engineers, IT experts, schedulers, estimators, project managers, construction managers, and quality assurance staff
• Help Parsons grow the business with this key client
• Manage subcontractor teams
• Be responsible for P&L with minimal oversight
• Manage dedicated company support leads to facilitate operation of the support

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field
• 10+ years of related work experience is required
• Broad general technical and business background
• Previous project management experience on similar or related large-scope project types
• Certification in Project Management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks
• Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization
• Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute those items in accordance with approved plans
