CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Program Manager shall apply business, financial management, and technical disciplines required to support planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading team efforts in managing Cybersecurity programs and projects. The contractor shall prepare technical and program management documentation to include white papers, briefings, portfolio reports and
• stakeholder/agency agreements.
• Shall provide process and methodology development; data and cost analysis; and resource management and planning. Activities include: Developing and communicating guidance regarding capital planning processes for information systems. This includes development of templates and guidelines as well as providing guidance on approaches and techniques.
• Assist with the ongoing development, provide analysis, conduct measurement, and review written agreements between program stakeholders and service providers.
• Support cyber-related private and public information meetings through in-person representation, written documentation, and visual presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
• Written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.

Required Certification(s):

• Must possess Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certificate.
• IAM Level III

Minimum Experience/Education:

• A favorably adjudicated T3 investigation, or SECRET Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
• Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of program/projects, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
• Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
