Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in supporting a potential position for bid. The Program Manager will serve as main point-of-contact for client and provide supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel. The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for the quality, standards, and efficiency of the portfolio of services to include both technical issues and business processes.
For this role the candidate will need: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (Four Years) in business/economic/technical disciplines required.
• Experience managing a large-scaled web service support a minimum value of $5M.
• Ten or more years of hands-on technical experience providing program management services and support to public sector organizations.
• Ten or more years of experience in the areas of Web Modernization, Change Management, and
  Program Management with relevant examples of applying this expertise to the planning, execution, and control of web initiatives.
• Ten or more years of in-depth experience working with Federal Agencies in planning for and managing Web Modernization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills.
• PMP certification.
