 We'll build the consumer marketplace for testing and screening services that will shift care to the home, create standards that improve the experience, and bring resources directly to the consumer. Through cutting-edge technology, clinical engines that identify a person’s likely testing needs, and simple tie-ins to clinical support, the new venture is poised to transform how every American receives diagnostic care.
Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager who will act as project coordinator to manage our rapidly-growing healthcare business venture alongside leading diagnostic testing companies. You will be responsible for planning and hosting events and off-site meetings, managing executives’ calendars, and handling administrative tasks for the Chief of Staff and team members to keep the project running smoothly.Â
Day-to-day, the Program Manager will align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across an audience of key stakeholders. The Program Manager will communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board and updated about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to the Chief of Staff.Â
You will:
- Oversee on-the-ground management of the initiative and ensure successful business processes are set up and executed
- Lead meetings, track action items, and drive timelines for key deliverables in support of the Chief of Staff
- Coordinate and schedule Claire events (town hall, leadership meetings, board meetings etc)
- Manage all daily/weekly administrative tasks and duties to include running reports in a timely manner
- Possess a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment & maintain a sense of urgency at all times
- Understand the program escalation process to ensure streamlined communication amongst all parties
- Strive for continuous process and program improvement by working collaboratively with partners, clients and Claire leadership team.
- Communicate cross-functionally to facilitate the development of business requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage weekly updates and status reports with the Claire leadership teamÂ
- Identify gaps in internal processes and work with leaders to implement new structures for internal governance
You have:
- 2 years of experience managing organization-wide initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to bridge the gap between strategic and tactical goals, helping create organization and work plans that support a high-performing team
- Ability to thrive in the ambiguity and dynamism of a start-up environment
- Experience in a fast-paced office setting providing administrative support and customer service
- Ability to impact and influence key stakeholders with thoughtful, strategic communication (both written and verbal)
- Career oriented mentality with a growth mindset and are curious in your approach to life. You demonstrate a desire to learn and embrace coaching to continuously adapt and evolve
- A true team player skills - understanding the importance of fostering a collaborative team environment in order to deliver the best results
