Summary of Team Objectives:
The EPMO team is responsible for leading strategic initiatives which align to the organizational goals. Our programs are large, complex and require support and effort from numerous teams across the organization. The EPMO team works with these groups to build large cross functional teams to collaborate on strategy, planning, execution and ultimately delivering lasting impact to the organization. In addition to leading large strategic efforts, the EPMO team also mentors and guides other colleagues in their efforts to manage smaller projects within their own groups.Â
The EPMO team is looking for a strong program manager to join us. In addition to technical skills, the right candidate will also need a positive attitude, curiosity and tons of energy. Â
Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:
- Build & lead cross-functional teams tasked with identifying strategy, design, development, and successful launch of key organizational initiatives. At times, these teams may include clients and/or 3rd party vendors.
- Create, maintain and communicate long term program roadmaps and all other program & project artifacts such as the project plans, dashboard, requirement & scope documentation, status reports, risk and change logs.Â
- Facilitate all program/project meetings such as leadership reviews, kick off meetings, project breakdown and planning sessions, regular standups, retrospectives, status updates.Â
- Lead decision making sessions when there are multiple approaches and tradeoffs. It is critical to identify who the decision makers are and to make sure they have sufficient information to make choices in the best interest of the organization.
- Collaborate with other EPMO Program Managers on the team to identify risks or efficiency opportunities across the organization. We are often working with the same teams, which can pose challenges with competing priorities for teams. Â
- Seek opportunities to strengthen the project management muscle throughout the organization. The EPMO team is unable to lead all projects, but we support colleagues through mentorship, knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives.
Skills:
- Technical Program / Project Management Skills
- Experience in all areas of project management as defined by PMI
- Must have JIRA experience. All EPMO project plans and artifacts are maintained in JIRA. Experience with JIRA filter writing, dashboard creation and plans is highly desirable.
- Create and maintain all program and project artifacts up to date for transparent real time communication

Experience:
- PMP Certification
- 3+ years as a Program / Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalentÂ
Nice to Haves:
- PMI-ACP or other Agile certification
