Our mission is to bring productization to construction by developing the core capabilities required to connect our customers' workflows

The Operations and Program Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring, and driving the development of key MID capabilities and for managing the operational aspects of the MID team including strategy, communication, product launch readiness, and customer adoption programs.

To be successful in this role you need to be proactive in stakeholder management and establishing relationships. You effectively influence leaders and peers both within and outside the team. You have expertise in supporting and enabling self-organizing engineering teams and working closely with technical resources as partners. You are responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple solution delivery and compliance programs of varying levels of complexity including software development, customer adoption, and team operations programs
  • Facilitate alignment between teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders
  • Steer program and delivery execution by providing oversight, recording decisions, escalating impediments, managing risks, and following up on action items
  • Monitor and report on overall program status ensuring visibility to the team and key stakeholders
  • Organize and contribute to the content of the team Wiki pages providing easily accessible information
  • Manage stakeholder communications by serving as the primary point of contact on programs and initiatives within the team and across the Autodesk organization
  • Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement to our operational efficiency
  • Maintain communication portals (Wiki) to facilitate easily accessible and accurate program information


Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in an Engineering discipline, Technology Management, Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years' experience in managing complex software programs and services as a program manager, scrum master or similar technical role
  • Hands on experience and solid understanding of the Agile development process
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, prior experience working in a geographically distributed organization
  • Highly organized and execution focused, accountable and driven
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive key decisions in a timely manner is critical
  • Ability to present and engage with internal stakeholders of varying organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and facilitation skills
  • Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, JIRA and Confluence desirable
