Program Manager

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of program solutions and related projects in close collaboration with Product Management, Content Strategy, Program Implementation Manager, and T&O partners
  • Assumes end-to-end accountability for multiple concurrent projects and large programs consisting of multiple projects
  • Coordinates the work of freelancers, vendors, and/or internal staff; creates and maintains interlocking schedules for assigned projects
  • Tracks program interdependencies
  • Maintains and reports out on present status of each program
  • Tracks and identifies risks/issues at the program level
  • Provide process leadership and support to Project Managers
  • Manage the program budget process and coordinate with managers and vendors to ensure project resources are applied efficiently and effectively
  • Arbitrate and resolve conflict within program development processes when necessary; understand appropriate paths and methods for escalation
  • Is proactive and exercises initiative in identifying, tracking, and removing impediments to program success; approach risk identification and mitigation accordingly, including establishing contingency plans and initiating corrective action

  • Identify gaps in current solutions based on new product needs; works with stakeholders to analyze and establish requirements, identify and coordinate internal and vendor support, and establish budget and timeline for delivery of new products
