ManTech is seeking a Program Manager III to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA.

Position Overview:

• Serves as the contractor's single contract manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
• Responsible for the overall contract performance and will not serve in any other capacity under this contract.
• Significant familiarity with the United States Navy preferred.
• Should have twelve (12) years' experience with a Master's degree, fifteen (15) years' experience with a Bachelor's degree or seventeen (17) years' experience with an Associate's degree in a supervisory or management position.
• Must be a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or have competed DAU Level II certification requirements in Program Management. Also, be a certified Scrum Master.
• Clearance requirement: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
