The Purpose

As a Program Manager you will directly impact the growth and stability of our business. You own all contractual deliverables, and are ultimately responsible for the implementation, lifecycle management, relationship and profitability of the customer. Your ability to coordinate complex projects and communicate critical information, all while being super organized, is key to creating long lasting personal partnerships within our company and with our customers. You will be the primary engagement interface to our top customers managing every aspect of communication and aligning the missions of both organizations

The Mission

  • Actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity and continuous process improvement with internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring best possible outcomes for customers
  • Successfully manage significant client escalations and issues
  • Drive customer awareness and engagement in the SageNet partnership
  • Actively lead and monitor customer initiatives including technology implementations, customer support and revenue recognition.
  • Provide accurate reporting on customer activity, financial trends and managed service operations.


Needed Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years related work experience
  • The ability to create and maintain business partnerships
  • The ability to influence cross functional teams in Matrix Environment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility
  • A high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
