Program Manager

Core4ce is looking to hire a Program Manager to lead and oversee a large multi-disciplinary IT program in support of DoD customers. The candidate will have experience working on complex problems and a track record of successfully implementing providing highly innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be accountable for be responsible for the cost, schedule and performance for a high-complexity enterprise IT contracts
• Serve as the key point of contact for both internal and external operations related to the program.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on each of the assigned activities, build project plans utilizing the Program Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and ITIL methodologies, report on milestones as appropriate, report whether all tasks and deliverables are being met
• Assist customers in the creation and maintenance of plans and documentation to support implementation and maintenance of communications required to conduct operations effectively
• Respond to internal and external data calls to provide required information in the format and timeline requested for program activities
• Provide recommendations on implementation strategies and policy recommendations based on industry best practices
• Manage a large team across multiple disparate geographic locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Physical Sciences, Information Security, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business, Health Sciences, or other related field and 15 years of professional experiences or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Physical Sciences, Zoology, Information Security, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business or Health Sciences Related Field and 10 years of professional experience.
• PMP certification.

• Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of information assurance or computer network defense programs to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
• Eight (8) years Program Management Experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
• Five (5) years as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects.
• A minimum of eight (8) years directly supporting defense health programs. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

• Five (5) years of experience related to managing information assurance or computer network defense programs to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
• Five (5) years demonstrated ability to supervise, plan and lead technical/engineering teams in multiple, complex task assignments involving diverse engineering disciplines and includes written and oral communications commensurate with management role.
• A minimum of five (5) years directly supporting defense health programs
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (preference goes to candidates who posses an Active Secret Clearance)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Required
