Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Assists Director in defining implementation priorities for various University Health projects to ensure successful attainment of organizational goals and outcomes. Collaborates with internal and external departments for purposes of data collection, analysis, project management and implementation. Creates customized reports based on analysis of data for dissemination and participates in efforts to improve operational performance. Researches and utilizes industry, state and national benchmarks. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelors' degree in public health, health services, or related field is required. MBA is preferred. Three (3) years' experience in project management and/or coordination preferred. Knowledge of program administration, evaluation, and financial management is preferred.
