Program Manager, AEM Migration

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our tech client’s Asset Governance team and support a digital asset migration to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Would you like to…

Assets Project Management & Special Projects:

• Manage request intake through ADO, follow up with customers on requirement gathering as needed, and self-assign tasks and to other team members
• Complete customer requests that are delivered through our project management tool (ADO)
• Review dashboard and providing project status updates in tool and in sync meetings
• Manage timeline on special projects and Assets Governance Team assignments
• Uphold DAM strategy by working with customers
• Creation/management of requests submitted to engineering for semester planning in coordination with customers and the Assets Governance team

Assets Education & Documentation:

• Lead Office Hours and Feature Training Sessions for tenants
• Support Working Group sessions for Tenant Librarian Leads
• Create and updating governance documentation, trainings, and the MarTech Portal as identified by the Assets Governance Team.
• Advocate for DAM strategy through training delivery and continuous Assets’ education to customers

Tenant Migration Support:

• Lead discovery calls and onboarding support for assigned white glove customers to collect business requirements and customization needs beyond out of the box implementation
• Represent the Assets Governance Team to assigned customers currently on the platform, continuous support provided to large scale implementation customers
• Work with engineering and migration PMs (Project Managers) to align on migration timelines and submitted engineering requests, schedule check-ins with tenant teams to provide updates
• Customize the AEM Assets platform based on customer requirements (folder creation, metadata schema property management, image profile creation and management, search schema modification, etc.)
• Provide availability to answer governance and migration questions for “easy” sites and customers

We would like you to have…

• 8+ years of asset migration experience 
• 8+ years of experience in project management, workflow tools, presentation skills for education training
• 5+ years of experience using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including digital asset management and Sites
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work and deal with difficult clients 
• Consumer marketing experience is a plus
• Prior experience working with Adobe is a plus
• Experience working with enterprise tech companies is a plus
