Primary duties include:

  • Ensure the delivery of program benefits!
  • Maintain personnel resource levels within the project management office (PMO) to support regional operations.
  • Direct the assignment of project managers and support to programs based on their individual competency level and the criticality, scope and duration on the effort.
  • Enforce the employment of standardization program documentation based on program type to optimize planning, execution, issue management/handling, and close out, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for collaborating closely with both regional and local Aftermarket group managers and supervisors (Service, Spares, Repair, Projects, Engineering, Sales, Accounting/Finance, etc) to maximise support planning, program execution, and customer experience.
  • Adapt business/pricing models to grow market share.
  • Forecast and load financial forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for assigned PMO cost center(s)
  • Maximize financial results by monitoring program operations and coaching/goal setting towards improved efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of critical path activities effecting customer sensitive project deadlines.
  • Ensure communication with customers remain effective
  • Assert yourself when and where necessary to affect positive outcomes
  • Oversee training and competency building programs. Set goals and monitor.
  • Review, populate and release regional Weekly Operations Reports. Report KPIs and analyze performance.
  • Monitor employee compliance with NOV and customer communication policies and document handling.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Technology
  • 5-7 years of related work experience, management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic drilling operations
  • Experience with analytics, business intelligence, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts clearly
  • Able to work independently with the ability to multitask on multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and highly motivated
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
