About the Role:

If you are an energetic marketer obsessed with partners, think with an operational mindset, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, CrowdStrike has the perfect position for you.

We're on the hunt for an ops-focused Program Manager, remote based, to take ownership in executing partner-to-partner marketing activities for CrowdStrike's AWS business.

This role will be exclusively dedicated to marketing communications for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) partnership, driving content and field enablement. In addition to marcom production, you will coordinate partner-to-partner events (non customer-facing) in the field.

This individual will be an operational guru and support CrowdStrike's sales and growth goals, with highest priority on supporting activities that drive AWS-sourced bookings. You will work closely with the business development team to drive these initiatives forward.

With a results-driven marketing campaigns and partner engagement background, this individual contributor will work with customer success and cloud subject matter experts (such as product marketing) on content. You're eager to orchestrate cross-functional teams, working closely with CrowdStrikers and our AWS partners to drive success.

At this time, we are open to remote U.S. employees.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive execution on partner marketing programs focused on field enablement and engagement (non customer-facing).
  • Coordinate partner-facing events (mostly in the Americas) to help produce partner-sourced referrals for CrowdStrike, including all operational details around contracting and payment.
  • Project manage development of AWS-specific 'Better Together' content in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring AWS and CrowdStrike sales teams are equipped to drive customer demand for joint solutions.
  • Project manage development of key communication assets such as win wires, newsletters, field readiness kits and more.
  • Work with a virtual cross-functional team of product marketing, sales enablement, business development and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Manage funds to ensure partner investments deliver ROI and align with the AWS + CrowdStrike GTM strategy.
  • Be an internal advocate for AWS among key CrowdStrike stakeholders and leadership.
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in partner marketing programs.
  • Background in operations given extensive reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with AWS partner landscape preferred.
  • Relentless commitment to tracking success metrics and optimizing programs.
  • Self-directed approach in executing multiple, simultaneous programs.
  • Balances trade-offs and high-speed tactical execution to meet strict deadlines.
  • Bias for action mindset, driving projects from start to end.
  • Proven relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Expert presentation and written communication skills.
  • Knack for driving effective, efficient meetings.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, team-focused cultures that are ever evolving.
  • Data-driven, strategic mindset resulting in creative solutions.
  • Inspires, influences and manages others (both within and outside your own direct work-group).
